The procedure begins with the laser device emitting highly concentrated light beams over the treatment area. The light is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) present in the hair follicles.

The absorbed light energy converts into heat, effectively damaging the hair follicles while leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. This process inhibits or delays future hair growth in the treated follicles.

With each session, there is a gradual reduction in the number of actively growing hairs in the treatment area. Continued sessions lead to progressively longer periods of hair-free skin.

While laser hair removal can provide long-lasting results, occasional maintenance sessions may be required to target any regrowth.
